Lovecraft Intimates takes pride in creating original, handcrafted pieces for a one of a kind style. At this time everything we are not excepting returns, as our pieces are made to order and uniquely for the customer purchasing. If you find that there is a discrepancy within your product or experience please feel free to reach out with concerns. Lovecraft Intimates is an intimate apparel business that runs on a made to order basis. 

At this time we will honor a REFUND for the following concerns

• The order was damaged in transit
• The product was damaged and or destroyed upon arrival

 

At this time we will honor an EXCHANGE AND/OR ALTERATION for  the following

• The customer is displeased with their order upon arrival
• The product had a minor discrepancy 
• The fit on the product need adjustments
